She says she is leaving because her show is getting crummy ratings for CNN, and she wants to get out of the way. You don't usually hear such candor from an anchor -- usually they announce something along the lines of spending more time with the family, and all that baloney.
Maybe the whole rest of the folks in prime time at CNN should follow Campbell Brown's lead and quit, too, because their ratings are getting about as bad as hers were. Really, things are just bad all over at CNN in prime time, getting squeezed by Fox News on the right and MSNBC on the left.
