I dunno about you but it sounds like Calgarians are in dire need of lives; they are going a little bit too crazy over the Stanley Cup.
Crowds of 18,000- 782 warnings, 12 people arrested, 15 charged. People taking their clothes off in public and so on. The place looks and sounds like New Orleans. And this is just the first round, and the Flames haven't even won the series yet!
What a weekend. Calgarians ought to be embarrassed! Just think of the mayhem if the Flames end up taking on the Edmonton Oilers in the next round. Win or lose, there will be riots on the Red Mile. All over silly hockey games.
Needless to say, I am enjoying the peace and quiet these days in Toronto. You can walk down the street without fear of being mugged by a Leafs fan.
